As we wrap up 2023, we want to share a quick snapshot of the year’s highlights at Randell’s Footcare. This year has been about tangible achievements and progress in our commitment to providing the best level of podiatric care. We’ve hit some impressive milestones, introduced our core values throughout our clinics, recruited new staff and maintained our focus on keeping our patients’ feet healthy with customer satisfaction at the forefront of everything we do.

January
In January we launched our #CoreValues –

May
We welcomed Damani Gangaram to the Team!
Damani joined us from South Africa and has already become a favourite with our patients.
We love having Damani as part of #TeamRandells!

June
In early June our Podiatrists Aidan & Manuel both completed the corticosteroid injection masters program in Northampton.
Upskilling our team and ensuring we are providing our patients with next-level care is a big part of what we do at Randell’s and we look forward to offering this service soon!
June also saw 10 years since our very own Becky Knowles joined the business! Becky is currently the Business manager and we are so lucky to have her as part of #TeamRandells.
August
We Celebrated 6 months of great work with all our members of staff for a big meal out in Norwich! Welike to organise social events throughout the year to celebrate the achievements of the whole team. These events are also a chance for our team to bond and have a nice catch up.
September
In September we officially launched our new Vascular assessment service. We are proud to be one of the first clinics in the UK to offer this potentially life-changing service to our valued patients.
With regular checkups, we aim to save lives with our assessment techniques.
October
In early October we introduced Podoactivas next next-generation technology to allow for 3D scanning of patients’ feet. We use this in combination with pressure plate & gait analysis during our biomechanics appointments.
Once our Podiatrist is happy with the design of the insoles, these scans are sent to the Laboratory in Spain to be produced.
We are proud to be one of the first clinics in the country to be able to offer this next-generation equipment as part of our biomechanical assessments.
December

2500 + new patients
In 2023 we treated 2500+ new patients across our 7 clinics. We couldn’t have done it without our fantastic team and our amazing patients!
