Having initially relocated to Norfolk in 2002. Steve and Karen Randell took the leap and established their first podiatry clinic in North Walsham in 2004. Since then, the business has expanded from a two-person operation to a team of over 20 staff, with seven clinics in Norwich and North Norfolk, catering to over 25,000 patients. Throughout this growth, Randell’s Footcare has remained at the forefront of foot health innovation. Most recently becoming one of the first podiatry clinics in the UK to launch a Vascular assessment. Providing patients with crucial, life-saving information about their heart and circulatory health.
Despite their success, Randell’s Footcare is still very much a family business. Directors Karen and Steve Randell continue to actively manage daily operations. Ensuring a personal touch in every aspect of the business. Their children also play key roles: Aidan Randell, is a full time podiatrist, whilst Jodie Randell contributes towards business growth.
To celebrate 20 years in business, the Randell’s Footcare team gathered for a special lunch at the Royal Golf Club Norwich on Tuesday, July 16, 2024. The event featured a balloon presentation display and cakes crafted by local businesses.
We caught up with the Randell’s to ask them some questions
When asked what it means to reach 20 years in business, Steve Randell said “Reaching 20 years is a real testament to the hard work and dedication of our entire team. When we first started Randell’s Footcare, our goal was simply to provide amazing foot care to our local community. I’m incredibly proud of how far we’ve come and the positive impact we’ve had on our patients’ lives”.
Karen Randell also commented “The last 20 years really have been an incredible journey. Our success has been built on the trust and loyalty of our patients, the dedication of our staff and our unwavering commitment as a company to excellence in foot health care. Celebrating 20 years is not just about looking back at our achievements. For us it is also about looking forward to the next 20 years and continuing to serve the Norfolk community with the same passion and innovative cutting edge treatments we have been doing”.
Aidan Randell, who as well as a podiatrist has just completed the Help to Grow course at the University of East Anglia, shared his enthusiasm: ‘I’m excited about the future of Randell’s Footcare. My sister Jodie Randell and I, are committed to maintaining our excellent customer service. Whilst introducing new and cutting-edge treatments within Randell’s Footcare and Randell’s Healthcare’.
As Randell’s Footcare celebrates its 20th anniversary, the Randell family remains dedicated to providing exceptional foot care to their customers. Alongside expanding their biomechanics centre and treatment offering within Randell’s Healthcare. With a strong foundation and a clear vision for the future, Randell’s Footcare looks forward to many more years of serving the Norfolk community.
