Randell’s Footcare has grown into a respected and trusted name in Norfolk, with a rich history rooted in dedication, innovation, and family values. The journey began in 1991 when Karen and Steve Randell transitioned from nursing to podiatry. After graduating from the University of Brighton’s Leaf Hospital in Eastbourne. Having recognised the need for specialised foot care clinics, they successfully established their first clinics in Tunbridge Wells and Crowborough in 1992.
In 2002, seeking a lifestyle change and a return to Karen’s roots, the Randells relocated to Norfolk. By 2004, they opened their first clinic in North Walsham under the family name “Randell’s Footcare,” quickly earning referrals from local GPs. The following year, they expanded their services to meet the growing demand by opening clinics in Coltishall and Aylsham.
From 2006 to 2010, Randell’s Footcare continued its growth by opening clinics in Sheringham, Cromer, and Fakenham. They even expanded into a multi-service healthcare clinic in Sheringham, offering additional services such as hearing clinics and medical thermal imaging.
In 2014, the company took a significant step forward by introducing biomechanics services. Recruiting highly qualified podiatrists to meet the demand for orthotic prescriptions and gait analysis.
The establishment of a bespoke Podiatry & Biomechanics Centre in Norwich in 2019 marked another milestone for Randell’s Footcare. Providing specialised, affordable services in a modern facility with ample parking.
By 2022, the next generation of the Randell family joined the business. Aidan Randell becoming a full-time clinician and business associate after graduating with a BSc in Podiatry from Salford University, and Jodie joining as a business development manager.

Today, Randell’s Footcare operates seven clinics and a biomechanics centre across Norfolk. Continuing its legacy of excellence and innovation in foot care. Their commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centred care has made them the largest independent podiatrist in Norfolk. Trusted by both patients and healthcare professionals alike. The Randell family’s dedication to advancing foot health, helping to prevent decline in people’s mobility and expanding their services ensures that Randell’s Footcare will remain a leader in the field for years to come.
